Who I Am (About Me)
Hi everyone. I’m Donna, the proud owner of my Notary Public and Loan Signing Svcs., based out of San Francisco and servicing all of my neighboring counties. I am a mature, seasoned woman, with integrity and a strong belief system. Although I’ve been a Legal Secretary / Paralegal for 20+ years, my notary journey began about 12 years ago, with a little nudge from my then boss, at an Estate Planning Firm. I have gained years of experience and diversity working in various capacities in the legal arena.

After getting married, I made a decision about 8 years ago, to go into the public sector. I became a civil servant working for the State of California yet continued with my gifts of analyzing and understanding critical documents. With my skills and the integrity with being an in-house notary for years and my husband’s business mind, I launched this new venture to continue serving people. I pledge to act as an impartial witness to deter fraudulent activity when signing important legal documents and will transmit those records securely to the appropriate destination. I am here to serve clients who value my professionalism, my eye for detail and most importantly, my sincere and caring attitude.
NOTARY FEES
Notary public fees include travel and journal entry costs. My travel fee is between $15 and $45 depending on distance. Each journal entry is $15.00.
